Rejuvenating a brand to deliver success
BHRC’s core product is to supply hotel booking services to business and leisure customers. The service can be accessed in person via booking desks at most of London’s major airports and stations or online. In addition to hotel booking services BHRC offers a wide range of complimentary services to enhance a visitor’s stay in a country.
After a successful pitching process Maven was commissioned to evolve the BHRC identity and produce a suite of assets to strengthen the brand both on and offline.
The BHRC team wanted to retain elements of the existing identity - therefore a refresh rather than rebrand. The solution was to simplify and modernise the identity and produce a suite of brand assets to strengthen the branding communications. These assets include bespoke iconography and lock ups.
Checking in with digital
A digital strategy was put in place and the Maven design team worked closely with the BHRC development team to deliver the online booking system and website. The new website gives the BHRC team the ability to adjust sales messages and services quickly according to consumer needs.
BHRC continue to grow and promote new services and products to enhance their customers experience. The increase in traffic on the website and increase advertising spend has led to an increase in sales across all areas of their business.
